When you start using a product containing an appropriate amount of retinol for your skin, you must use along with a broad spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater. Sunscreen is always critical. So, my long-term career goal is to be in a position where I can oversee the various departments within a company, that way I can make sure each department is effective and efficient for a common goal.
